Submissions are invited for Instruction Courses on any aspect of glaucoma diagnosis or management in the Indian perspective as per enclosed guidelines .
- Courses will run on Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00pm on Friday October 2012
- Courses will be of 1 hr and 1 ½ hrs duration.
- For each 1hr course there will be one chief instructor and upto 3 co instructors.(Total 4 people for course).
- For each 1 ½ hr course there will be one chief instructor and upto 5 co instructors.(Total 6 people for course).
- Selection criteria for chief instructor: Member of GSI for 10 years(minimum).
- Selection criteria for co instructors: Member of GSI for 3 years(minimum).
- It is mandatory for acceptance that 50% of the allocated time be for interactive sessions.
- Submission for each course by chief instructor only.
- A person can consent to participate in a maximum of 2 instruction courses.
- A chief instructor can participate in his/her course and one additional course as a co instructor.
- The GSI secretariat reserves the right, in the interest of the meeting, to reject any course or invite any additional course without assigning any reason.
- All submission will be web based, in the prescribed format.
- Deadlines will be adhered to.
